In an effort to resolve its environmental woes, Boracay will be closed for six months effective April 26, 2018. If you have a Traveloka flight and/or hotel booking within said period, then don’t worry – we got you! Whether you want to reschedule your trip or reroute your flight, here are some of the things that you can do:
1. How to Change Your Flight Booking
If you want to change the details of your booking, especially the date of your flight, here’s what you do: Log into your Traveloka account and then click on the My Booking menu to change or cancel your flight. To make a cancellation, choose the specific booking you’d like to cancel. Afterwards, click on the Refund icon of that booking.

2. How to Change Your Hotel Booking
If you want to change your hotel booking, choose and reserve your hotel of choice via the Traveloka App or the website. Said hotel must be the same star rating as the hotel you previously booked, or at most just one star rating higher.
Once you’ve picked your new hotel, select bank transfer as the payment method to get your Traveloka Booking ID (do not make a payment!). After placing your new booking, send a message to [email protected] to inform us of your new Booking ID – make sure to include the details of your old booking as well. After that, just sit back, relax and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. How to Get a Refund
If you decide to file for a refund, you can do so via the Traveloka App or the website. After logging in, select the My Orders menu and check the order details, then select the booking you want to refund. Complete the refund form afterwards. After that, select “Force majeure” as the basis for the submission of the refund.
Depending on your method of payment, the turnaround time for the refund can take anywhere from 14 to 30 business days. To learn more, click here. Take note that all refunds must be processed through Traveloka. Additionally, your reservation will be automatically canceled upon requesting a refund.
